At your request and if availability, we will fax you a reservation form, which you must return via fax, filled in, dated and signed. A credit card or a wire transfer of 50% of your stay will be required to confirm your reservation. |

In the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit of 50% of the amount of your stay will not be refunded. Should you book a new stay within the year following your original stay, the deposit amount will be applied towards your new reservation. Any unused portion of the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is non-refundable for stays including the dates of Christmas and New Year. |
